In 1992, B&M Construction Company of Lakeland, Florida was flourishing in the
  convenience store construction business. Several of its clients, namely Exxon and
  Mobil, asked B&M to open an office in Texas. Subsequently, B&M opened its
  Texas location, B&M West Construction Company, in Fort Worth where it
  continues to grow and thrive.

  In 1999, Wayne Shouppe, the Vice-President of B&M Construction Company
  and Operations Manager for the Texas location, purchased the Texas operation
  and renamed it B&M West Construction Company of Texas, Ltd. (B&M West).
  B&M West is completely independent of B&M Construction Company of Florida.
  With a greatly extended client base, B&M West provides services to Murphy
  USA, Exxon-Mobil, Conoco Inc., Quick Fuel Fleet Services, and multiple
  independent retailers.
